The journey to becoming a professional coach, internal or external to an organization, involves
- Assuming that you are already a coach, though, that myth is busted in the first hour of our coaching education programs
- Learning the nuances of real, pure coaching
- being a coach, and
- coaching from a state of being, or more accurately, just “Being”!
The journey to the fourth state and staying there is the core of this journey. For this, the journey, the destination, and the company (community) are all very important. In the context of the company,
ICF Global membership is at its core.
I started my coaching journey after 2 decades in the corporate. Now I have a different set of friends from this community.
Once we signup for coaching education to ICF credentials, we commit to lifelong learning and development.
Men in Uniforms have a special place. ICF members, without specific uniforms, except the ICF pins, are still part of a professional community.
