Coaching was mostly 1–1. We always did group coaching and team coaching.
We have done team coaching for a leading bank in the middle east for their auto finance team, a leading hospital chain in India, an exporter in the food business, and a leading NGO in Bengaluru. Members of these groups had transformational shifts as a team and as individuals.
Just as individuals make organizations, team coaching includes 1–1 coaching too. Maximizing team potential has to happen along with maximizing the personal & professional potential of individual members.
