I came across this ‘Tweet of the Day’ in The Economic Times.

Economic times

My first thought was interesting POV! Whether it is entrepreneurship, leadership, coaching, or greatness at anything else, it is “reserved” for 1%. The other 99% are employees, followers, coachees, and not really great yet by their choice.

Only a good employee makes a good entrepreneur. A good follower makes a great leader. Only a good coachee can become a good coach. Enduring legacy in that is about good2great!

The whole discussion on a 70-hour work week is only for those with an employee mindset. Not for entrepreneurs, leaders, and others chasing mastery and greatness. Because for them, hard work is the secret sauce. The starting point. Luck and everything else result from the intent, hard work, prayers, and the environment.

Like the banner, it requires the collective effort of the environment to succeed, even as an individual entrepreneur, corporate leader, or self-employed professional coach.

And at the core of it all… MINDSET.

As an employee, a leader, or a coach, can I demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset? Can I truly embody the entrepreneurial mindset?

Hence, mastery in coaching is about embodying a coaching mindset, an ICF CC #2.
