Minimum Guy in the Maximum City!
Who is a minimum guy? Aren’t these labels we conveniently give to others, ‘minimum’, ‘maximum’, or ‘average’? In the corporate, also ‘dead wood’, a not so popular outcome of annual performance appraisal.
Someone becomes a performer/non-performer based on the environment the leaders create, also the peers and all others in the system. That “guy” is also an average of all others around him/her!
Irrespective of the labels, we have a choice to move towards our #fullpotential. We owe it to ourselves, our Higher Consciousness. Take responsibility, take action.
