Overcoming Self-Limiting Beliefs
“I don’t want to be seen as a fool,” said a learner coach on his journey to ‘become a coach.’
“What would it take to let go of that…?” he was asked.
There was a pause. It was a penny-drop moment for him, where he was on the journey.
It is about letting go of all that we hold on to. Even how we are viewed by others in our environment.
He was a trainer & mentor then. Now a more impactful leader with his coaching skills. He is ICF-ACC. One of the coaches who traveled with us.
What would it take to let go… so that we can emerge a better leader.
Coaching is leadership. Coaching is bigger than coaching.
Let us be open to being seen and labeled as a fool. Let us not take things too seriously.
