- with 20% focused on the spoken words and 80% attuned to the unspoken.
This deeper level of listening is simple; it’s a natural progression for someone on a spiritual path.
As Gen Chibber insightfully notes in his masterpiece on leadership, “I can hear what you are silently shouting over what you are saying” (paraphrased).
Therefore, authentic leadership is rooted in self-work, self-management (EQ), and ultimately self-leadership.
