What is that ONE thing you will do differently in the future?

What if we are closer to the end of lockdown. A new normal, as we may call it, almost cliched!
World Economic Forum reported how 3 Europen countries are starting to lift their #lockdowns.
This is perhaps the worst challenge we will face in our lifetimes. It depends how we take lessons into our future, individually and collectively. Physical distancing (social distancing is an oxymoron for human beings!), masks, travel restrictions, et al could be the way the future will be re-defined.
If we choose to go back to our old ways, good or bad, be mindful of the risks. Make sure we are making smart choices — for our sake, for sake of our families, friends, colleagues and community.
We are all in this together, by choice.
What would be that one thing that you would change, going forward?
Reflecting on this, what came to my mind was SLEEP.
We are a sleep-deprived society. We did not choose it consciously. We just missed prioritising. Gadgets are a good reason.
