You are Divine!

  • Anxiety Disorders — we are anxious about a lot of things. Our health, work, family, finance, environment, and travel.
  • Mood Disorders — many of us are moody by nature. It becomes a disorder when it goes beyond simple fluctuations.
  • Psychotic/Personality Disorders, Dementia — these are perhaps clinical disorders.
  • Eating Disorders — most of our eating habits are in the realm of disorder. Junk food, gadgets while eating, lot of white sugar & salt.
  • Autism, ADHD — these are perhaps not ‘disorders.’ But many consider so, sadly.
  • Your genes, DNA, and family history. A lot of it can be changed, as we believe in the power of the environment. (Dr. Bruce Lipton — Biology of Belief)
  • Your life experiences, such as stress or a history of abuse, especially if they happen in childhood. Childhood abuse, trauma, or neglect.
  • Biological factors such as chemical imbalances in the brain.
  • A traumatic brain injury.
  • A mother’s exposure to viruses or toxic chemicals while pregnant.
  • Social isolation or loneliness.
  • Experiencing discrimination and stigma, including racism.
  • Social disadvantage, poverty, or debt.
  • Bereavement (losing someone close to you) — we lost many during the pandemic.
  • Having a long-term physical health condition. We are so used to living life through medication — for BP and diabetes.
  • Severe or long-term stress: ‘’If a player has passion, there will be no pressure.’’
